This dish is glazed with a deep grey gloss glaze and internally has had Volcanic Glazes applied. Holes seen in the Volcanic glazing is typical as it erupts during the firing process. 
There are flaws to the outside which can be seen in the photos but does not detract as cannot be seen from above. One flaw is pinholes in the glaze and a small defect to the footing.
